The development of self-confidence
To strengthen your self-confidence, you should understand the factors that create it.
Sometimes it is already genetically predisposed or a mixture of environmental experiences, childhood experiences, and upbringing. However, low self-confidence or self-awareness is not a “fate” you must live with – you can actively work on it and develop your true superpower!
Because – true self-confidence comes from within. Make it shine on the outside too!
What is behind it?
In principle, two common processes are set in motion: Self-awareness and self-assessment. The first is the awareness of your abilities, and the second involves recognizing them. It is a formula that seems simple at first but needs to be trained. The development of self-confidence is a continuous process.

Self-confidence & self-esteem – what’s the difference?
Both words are related, almost connected, and are often used (sometimes incorrectly) as synonyms.
But there is a crucial difference that you should know:
The term “self-awareness” focuses on the present – you are aware of yourself (with all your strengths, weaknesses, and limitations).
In contrast, the term “self-confidence” focuses on the future – we believe in ourselves, overcome personal limits and develop confidence in ourselves and feel that we have arrived in life.
